DESCRIPTION
At the nose, floral and fresh fruit notes stand out, perfectly
balanced with the palate sensations. The perlage is
delicate. The refined label is designed for special occa
sions.

VINIFICATION AND FERMENTATION
Soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation at control
led temperature. Refermentation in autoclave for about
60 days at a constant temperature of 16-18°C. This is
followed by filtration and cold stabilization. Bottling with
isobaric pressure, after sterile filtration of the sparkling
wine.
